I’m not a 9/11 conspiracy person but one thing that strikes me as odd that could very well just be a misstatement is that Beamer’s call was made at 9:48 and Lisa said “The World Trade Center is gone. Both of the towers have been destroyed” but the towers didn’t fall until 9:59 and 10:28. Until then it looked bad enough, we’ve all seen the images a hundred times, but not really anything like they were gone and had been destroyed, just that they were heavily damaged or something. Am I missing something?

Disclaimer: I fully respect everyone on Flight 93 and consider them heroes.

However, this is not an actual transcript. It is a summary/reenactment put together after the fact by interviewing people involved.

I’m not sure why they added the line of Lisa telling Todd the towers were destroyed because she did not say that or tell him that.

Here is an interview with Lisa where she specifically mentions that she did not tell Todd about the towers because she did not want him to lose hope (around 20 second mark):
