Dwight’s main problem is that he is an idiot who is also an arrogant know-it-all. He thinks he is great at everything, and is good at very few things. He is a jerk to most people. He is extremely gullible. And yes, he is hard working. The good news is that he is played in a brilliantly hilarious way. He is a joy to watch. He and Michael are what make the show.
