They believe an institution can have a secret binder than without telling the NCAA, SEC, the State and Federal agencies of wrong doing... than use it blackmail.
If you don't pay coaches its Tennessee Vol v10.0, it will probably be worse in Baton Rouge than Knoxville very soon on its present course.
