Season Tickets and Parking Pass --- anyone having issues?

Two weeks ago I received my FedEx package from the LSU ticket office. With hurricane preparations going on I just picked up the package. This past Monday I opened the package to find a car parking pass for the season. Missing were my stadium club seats, regular seats and RV pass.
I called the tickt office Tuesday morning at 8am and sat on hold for more than a hour to be told that I need to download my tickets to my phone that only mobile tickets were being used this season. I said what about my RV pass? You have to come to will call to pick it up. So, today I need to find a location to park the RV to go and get the RV parking pass.
Today is Friday and the stadium club tickets are still not available for mobile download. It is now 10am and I have been on hold for two hours.
I am about finished with this entire university shite show.

We got paper tickets in the regular book in the mail. Friends just got the mobile tickets. It's a shite show right now.

I'm on hold with them right now... I got a FedEx notification that the tickets were delivered Monday. Now tracking says they're back at the FedEx facility.
Called yesterday and was told they were opening a case with FedEx. But then I see they're all available for download on the site. Does this mean if someone gets my hard tix, the barcodes on them will all be cancelled out?

I believe that if you download the tickets via mobile app it cancels the barcode on the paper tickets, but I would verify with the ONE representative they must have working the phones this week

Yesterday was on hold for 40 mins before they answered. So far today - 18 mins. I'm sure today it's insane over there.

A week ago I received the regular bound booklet containing season tickets and parking passes. I was pleased, but did not expect anything but electronic tickets this year.

Called FEDEX...they said the pkg is lost! Been waiting on hold for 2 hrs
