Other than that, what final decisions are you happy with as of right now?
Eta: I would say that it's actually more impressive that Orgeron was ABLE to keep Aranda twice vs deciding to keep him.

Didn't hurt that we paid him an assload of money. While he waited for a good head coaching job to open up
