I don't care for spiders at all but I go out of my way to keep from harming these little guys. They are harmless and don't bite at all.
I will go out of my way and pick them up and move them to another location if they are in my way. I do the same for the little jumping spiders.
Most other spiders get the squash and toss treatment.
