I like his resume… I don’t want to reach for big names thinking they going to solve all our problems. Kiffin is a great coach with behavior issues.

So 2 good years at ULL with a win over Iowa state and that’s enough for you instead of Kiffin who has proven he’s one of the brightest offensive minds in all of football?

Look at all the places he’s coached and the positions. Spent time at Clemson and Alabama. Do some research

That guy's team had a RB posing as a QB yesterday, and was stuck in the starting gates all day in Austin..

No thanks!

Derek Dooley was a coach for Saban too.

O was a badass position coach at Miami and USC too.

LSU isn’t a proving ground. You need to win as a head coach before getting this job

And bigger than ULL

Woodward’s last hires were Chris Peterson and Jimbo fisher

fricking Billy Napier would be a huge disappointment

Napier turned down South Carolina and Miss St, and Auburn wanted him too. Lots of SEC schools think he’s good enough.

Billy Napier will be a home run. Guy is a very good coach. Watch his team and how well they play as a unit. Fundamentally sound. He is doing wonders at ULL.

The experts think he’s a great coach. The experts also said we would lose to UCLA.

Hmm

He's a very good coach, and I agree his D kept them in it for a good while until gassed out.

But his slot receivers couldn't catch a cold, and why this many years in is a RB that throws a flat ball the QB?

That “rb that plays qb” has 55 passing TDs and 14 INTs in his collegiate career…

You know for a fact he turned them down? Just because someone interviews doesn’t mean he turned down a job. Maybe his binder isn’t as compelling as Coach O’s was.

I'm well aware of that, and whom the majority of said numbers were accrued versus.

Peetz and Jones have been a bunch of places too. We saw last night that doesn’t mean much.

70% completion and zero turnovers against Texas, while throwing to 2 star receivers, seems pretty good to me.

Levi Lewis would have sat Max Johnson on the bench

You even said it yourself, his slot receivers can’t catch. Pretty good numbers with little help

Billy Napier? What’s so great about him?

I wouldn’t waste my time. Stay away from him. He’s not that great.
