When I go through there, I usually stop at Don's or Kartchner's simply because the lines at Billy's are way too long. Kartchner's has these crazy maple boudin things that are out of this world good. I save my Billy's stops for when I go through Krotz Springs where the lines tend to be much much much shorter.
