Ticket Transfer help

Did the "transfer" and "Sell on Stub Hub" options disappear for anyone else? This appears to only have happened for my UCLA tickets.

LSU shut down the transfer function 48 hours before game. And stubhud is messed up. Will have to send pic of ticket or let someone log into your acct to download tickets.

Sold my tickets there and cant transfer or down load the barcodes. No human contact ever available, been on hold several times for over three hours each with no representative ever answering. I tried tweeting them as that was what someone told me but no response yet. Think StubHub must be a scam.
