Portable Generator Conversion to NG question

CENTURY FUEL PRODUCTS
My cousin used this site years ago and converted his gas portable generator to NG. I am looking into it as the gas shortage and long lines are not fun. My questions are does anyone have an idea of the NG hose run length vs diameter hose ratio...? also, how difficult/expertise required to install the kit?
I currently have a NG drop on my back patio with quick connects that makes this conversion kit seem logical. However, I would need about a 40-50' hose run to the area where my generator runs to backfeed the house through a panel in my shop.
any suggestions or prior experience with this would help. Thanks

I converted my using a MotorSnorkel LINK
I have a 25' 3/4" hose run from my gas source to generator. At that distance, you may need to go with a 1" hose. I can say, the people at MotorSnorkel answered my questions when I was doing this conversion last year.

Did you notice any decrease in power of your generator or other issues versus gasoline?

What do you run on that size generator?
Trying to see what size I should purchase since it will be another few weeks before I have power.

Look up us carb. They make the motor snorkel I’m about to get. They have hoses with a chart listing out what you are looking for as far as sizing according to length.
