For a "Law Professor", she sure seems to be a bit confused about law.

Let's see. "Is that when child support starts"? Why is this a question? Is there something preventing legislatures from setting the starting point at 6 weeks pregnant? Not that I'm aware of.

Deport a mother carrying US citizen? Um, you can deport a mother of a US citizen now....regardless of age.

And finally, insure the child? Well, that's a private sector decision. I suppose if some insurance company wants to start selling pregnancy insurance, they could. I don't see why not. But, what's this "we" should go all in thing? None of what she wrote cannot be done. Maybe she should advocate for it to be done. She'd probably be surprised how many pro-lifers would go along with it.
