Can you imagine the size of the LOTO tag they have on that transmission line right now? Must be the size of a Volkswagen bus.

what's fricked up is that there was fighting going on between Entergy and the city council to to get approval for NOPS to be built, even Entergy apparently going as far as "using paid actors" to go lobby in the city council

So there damn there could be no NOPS there to provide a black start due to fricking idiots on new orleans city council and the entire city and surrounding areas would be down for 2 weeks instead of areas coming back within a few days
