Entergy should have this down to a science by now. Baffling that their systems dont automatically dispatch crews based on where outages are present, relative to the estimated time to repair and customers affected.

Am I dreaming or is this too much to expect of them?

Went to check SO’s house off Hooper Road in Central
Had a bunch of lines down, trucks in from Colorado were doing repairs

This is absolutely capable with the right dispatching software. I work for a tech company and helped build a badass logistics platform. I have no idea what dispatching software / system they use currently but their innovation branch is LINK /
