Can anyone verify this info about the Comirnaty bait and switch?

I know there was discussion on here about the FDA approval of the rebranded comirnaty Pfizer vaccine. This is the first I've seen about the 2024 date.

I was having dinner with a doctor friend last night and he told me this exact same thing. He said it was bait and switch to fool the public

I get it's the same vaccine, but they clearly granted the FDA approval on Comirnaty (that won't be available for 3 more years) to avoid any liability. They extended the EUA and are continuing to provide the EUA approved vaccine to the public. The only reason to FDA approve it in this scenario was for deception.
