I don't have to suggest it. The courts have been doing that.
Put another way, I suppose you're cool with Biden implementing federal mask and vaccine mandates or telling private businesses they aren't allowed to hire or serve people who aren't vaccinated or wearing masks. I'm not, and it wouldn't last...thanks to our laws.

This doesn’t answer any of the questions I asked of you. State governors and legislatures have far more control over what happens in their state than Biden has. Are you suggesting they don’t have control over those things?
You’re the one who insisted that it’s “within the law” and now you’re retreating from what’s within the law of state governors and legislatures because it doesn’t fit your narrative.
