I don't have to suggest it. The courts have been doing that.

Put another way, I suppose you're cool with Biden implementing federal mask and vaccine mandates or telling private businesses they aren't allowed to hire or serve people who aren't vaccinated or wearing masks. I'm not, and it wouldn't last...thanks to our laws.
