Can someone explain how this isnt an automatic charge no matter who does it? Can't a lawyer in the future show how the law is being used in a racist way towards one race only? Just wondering how it works.

In a way this guy did what he did in a hateful way towards whites.

I don't think these laws should be legit, so finding a way to dilute them is important.
