said he can't play.

"When starting middle linebacker Darry Beckwith left the North Texas game with an injured left knee, a similar defensive responsibility fell to junior Jacob Cutrera, whose previous starts came last season against Louisiana Tech and Ole Miss, and as a freshman against Ole Miss.

For fans who might be prone to worry, Cutrera’s coaches and teammates have a suggestion. Don’t."

That dude threw me around like a rag doll in high school. He never really impressed me though back then. He seemed to just do alot of running around and not a lot of hitting.

Yeeaaaahhh, uuuummm, that article didn't make me feel better at all.

First of all, our defense had a horrendous game last season against Ole Miss.

Second of all, that article seems to intimate that Cutrera will play in the nickel and dime sets, rather than Riley and/or Shepard.

Auburn's new offense doesnt look near broken-in yet so maybe its a good time for Jacob to take over ... whoever the backup is now - Foyil or Theriot or Prater? - might not be ready for primetime either. Cutrera needs to just man up & silence the critics. The guy I'm counting on is Mallory to nickel/dime/blitz Auburn to death while the DL feasts. That way we aint gotta worry about Cutrera being a weak link.

I'm in Austin and will be without access to TV...only radio. Does anyone know which radio station will carry the LSU-AUBURN game?

The Rant does not believe the information put out by the so-called "mainstream media", they all hate LSU.

The Rant's information comes from The Rant. If one ranter says it, well damn it's true.
