Both Obama & Trump took cognitive tests, both passed, Trump aced his, 30 out of 30. Biden's answer when asked if he would take one : A test? Come on,man! Would YOU take one?". And laughed & moved on, no follow up question / s. Being called "imbecilic" , a "moron", "a retard" by our Brit allies is one thing.Now, however, U.S. military personnel are being killed due his incompetence.
