re: What is your relationship like with your father in law?

I hit the in law lottery. My father in law (MIL passed when wife was 18) is amazing. We hunt and fish together. He helps me if I ever need him and I always reciprocate. He’s a great father and grandfather. Since my wife and I have been married we’ve worked hard and saved and never asked him for a dime which I know he’s proud of. My relationship with my dad was never great so he’s always been like a father figure to me. It makes me proud to know he’s proud of his daughter and I and our success and independence.
