Friend that lives in the city told me bars/restaurants around his house looked dead slow ever since Latoya's new mandates went into effect.

Considering all the major festivals are cancelled again, I don't really see it getting better in October/November unless the vaccine and mask mandates get rolled back. I know I wouldn't be traveling somewhere for vacation with those mandates.
