quote:Friend that lives in the city told me bars/restaurants around his house looked dead slow ever since Latoya's new mandates went into effect.
Traditionally, August is by far the slowest month of the year for tourism in the city. On account of it being hot as balls and ripe for hurricanes.
This year... I'd imagine it's all-time bad.
quote:Considering all the major festivals are cancelled again, I don't really see it getting better in October/November unless the vaccine and mask mandates get rolled back. I know I wouldn't be traveling somewhere for vacation with those mandates.
Now if in October/November it's still that bad then yeah we got big problems.
