I think the only issue is going to be rain and thunderstorms tomorrow and Saturday, before the hurricane even arrives. Does fishing before a hurricane make it easier to catch them though? Like do they all migrate towards the marsh, kind of like when it gets cold?

Pressure drop and everything gets stacked along banks due to wave action. I assume the drop in pressure triggers feeding and the compacted bait is an easy target.
