I assume you had tests done to determine your rotator cuff is torn. I get bursitis in my shoulders once or twice a year and have the same experiences you are having.

I tore my right rotator cuff in 2015 then again in 2016.
Surgery went well and therapy is a bitch. Don’t try shortcuts and don’t rush back to regular activity.

In my case, rotator cuff will never be the same. Strength, movement.
