Pentagon to mandate COVID-19 vaccine for military

This is not surprising. The military already mandates us to be vaccinated against certain diseases and we are required to get a flu shot every year. So the Covid vaccine being mandatory was a no-brainer.

Oh, believe me. I know. I went ahead and got the vaccine in June and have noticed an increase in chest pain. My best friend has the same problem. It's more of a nuisance than an actual problem but there are definitely side effects associated with this vaccine that they're asking us to either ignore or suck it up and take it.

Wish I was in the military so I could sue - “mandate” is so full of patriarchy it makes me literally shake. I would only comply with a persondate.

In a thread yesterday Lima was saying he was leaving the military over this. I wonder how many others will be following his lead.
