But they aren’t pulling WWE’s top talent away like WCW did to WWF.
There’s some serious revisionist history going on here. Hogan left WWE to to TV shows, and WCW scooped him up. Savage was a commentator in WWE before he left. The only true top talent at the time that WCW stole were Hall and Nash. You could easily make the argument that AEW has taken more top talent than WCW did.
Also, a bit of a side note, but Ted Turner cared a lot less about wrestling than people act like he did. If he really wanted to “win the war,” he could have written a check and brought over anyone from WWE’s roster. In reality the war was Bischoff vs Vince. All Ted Turner did was give Bischoff a level playing field.

Is it over/under the amount of grams of anti-depressants you’ve swallowed today?

What's your opinion on Nash, Hall and Hart jumping ship? That literally was a lot of WWF's top talent.
ETA: I see now that you mentioned Hall and Nash. But, given their placement on the card, that seems to be plenty of top talent to be considered as a raid of WWF's top guys.

We all know (or should know by now) why Savage left.

He’s ignoring earlier acquisitions like Flair and Luger too.

Lol, that’s the equivalent of piping in crowd noise.
