re: Justice Barrett rejects effort to halt Obama library construction

While Obama is a worthless cünt in my eyes, I really don’t see how the ruling should’ve been any different. This is a property matter, not a question of constitutionality unless it concerns imminent domain, and they’ve already made clear that they will allow the government to frick anyone on that.
