USC's weak conference schedule makes up for our weak OOC schedule.
I agree. LSU does have a weak OOC schedule, just as USC has a weak (not as weak) IC schedule

Every major conference should either play a Conf. Championship game or not play one.
NCAA does not allow in a 10 team conference. Besides, many conferebnces play a round robin schedule resulting in the best team being the champ more often than those with CCGs

But when LSU is rewarded for playing theirs last year and winning it then no team without playing one should complain.
I agree. I did not complain

And don't make me resort to 4th grade name calling because i have all the names written here on a piece of paper.
Okay.

quote:Well, you're halfway to acceptance of reality. Now if you can just acknowlege that as the weak part of SC's schedule constitutes 75% of their games, and the weak part of LSU's schedule constitutes 33% of our games, the balance effect is clearly that LSU schedules tougher schedules than SC does. Which, of course, contradicts the false conclusions of every single article ever written about SEC teams having weak OOC schedules.
I agree. LSU does have a weak OOC schedule, just as USC has a weak (not as weak) IC schedule
Once you can come to grips with that and simply acknowlege that we take the tougher road while SC chooses to skate by on an easier slate, then I think you will be much closer to letting go of your angst and envy of LSU and its fans. Who knows; at this rate, you might even be able to tear yourself away from this for minutes, perhaps even hours at a time!
