Another one of the controlled studies used to show that Ivermectin had a 70% improvement in covid mortality
1/47 deaths in Ivermectin group and 3/42 deaths in control group
I mean honestly what is the point of studies this small?
The largest study in the control group is 1200 total people
18/677 deaths in ivermectin group and 22/678 deaths in control group
Well that's why they do the meta analysis. Sure it's imperfect, but when you aggregate the studies it shows that there is likely a benefit.

I guess I could clarify
Less than 50% of the studies showed in the OP are controlled. However, in the controlled studies, Ivermectin showed the least success compared to studies without control groups, and didnt show material differences from the control group itself as a whole

Studies Prophylaxis Early treatment Late treatment Patients Authors
All studies 63 86% [75-92%] 72% [55-82%] 40% [24-52%] 26,422 613
Peer-reviewed 42 86% [73-93%] 75% [61-84%] 43% [21-59%] 16,455 436
Randomized Controlled Trials 31 84% [25-96%] 61% [46-71%] 30% [2-50%] 6,561 359
Percentage improvement with ivermectin treatment
Percent improvement of 84% with prophylaxis and 64% with early treatment is not insignificant.
I'm not saying ivermectin is the answer, but I don't know why you want to discredit this study so much. I think it provides a solid data point that should be considered.

The size of the sample, and then the results of the control groups compared to general pop are off the wall outside the range
