I don’t know anyone who has had any significant vaccine reaction to date.
One buddy who practices in New England has a patient who developed cardiomyopathy- it was one of about thirteen reported cases at the time thought to be from the vaccine. It’s the only clinically impactful reaction I have heard of from a peer and have not seen any myself- either as a physician or a friend/acquaintance.

I know one person who was hospitalized and was quite ill with COVID, on a vent for about 10 days. Took several months to get back to anything close to normal.
One person, indirectly, who died of COVID pneumonia.
All others I know who got COVID had a wide range of symptoms/severities.
Don't know anyone who died of the injection. But almost everyone I know who got the injection had the "day-afters" but nothing more serious.
