Well, it hasn't been ruled unconstitutional as of yet so you can't exactly call it unconstitutional. And like I said, I'm not in favor of it either so I'm not sure where you're getting that I'm supportive of it.

I've never been championing private citizen rights. I've been fairly clear that government grants those rights in my view. Therefore, it's an entirely consistent point of view.

The federal government doesn’t unilaterally decide who can do business. They can’t just take away your ability to do business. The federal government isn’t an all knowing being, and that’s why we have negative rights against the government.

I genuinely don’t understand how you think the government just has the ability to “let us do stuff” and can then take it away. Do you even have the slightest understanding of free market principles? frick, it’s like I’m talking to AOC
