Why haven’t you responded to the question as to why you are suddenly taking libertarian point of views with regards to individual rights.

I've responded to it already. Government has granted those rights, hence I don't see it as me taking a libertarian point of view on the issue. Obama is allowed to hold a party if he wants if the government has allowed it.

You don’t get to champion him as “muh private citizen” when you party advocates for not allowing a private business to collect on owed rents.

If I'm advocating that government grants individuals their rights, I'm being entirely consistent in that the government can forbid businesses from collecting on rents.

Now, I don't agree with that policy but I'm being consistent by arguing that government has that right.

But they don’t, the SCOTUS just ruled on it. You literally have no clue what you’re talking about

Somewhere out there is a Civics teacher who failed you totally. The government doesn’t “grant” any rights. Our rights originate from our Creator. The role of the government isn’t to grant right, it’s to ensure those rights are protected.

And you need to get on your knees and thank the Lord our Founding Fathers had the wisdom to acknowledge our rights come from our Creator and not the government. Because any government with the power to grant rights also possess the power to take them away.

I don't really give a shite that Obama had a big party. I think its funny he said he was going to scale it back and hardly did so.....he's a hypocrite and so is this worthless administration.

Under which statute?

The CDC doesn’t have the authority to unilaterally decide which business can collect their payments. That’s part of rights of private individuals.

Bureaucrats deciding who can collect rents is the definition of tyranny. You begging for the government to infringe on rights is sad and pathetic. It can only come from a person of no principles and one who is worth nothing.
