Grips align option

Do you use grips with an alignment aid or do you square the club face and align your grip with the club face?
I use the latter option but I was curious if an alignment grip helps or just brings too much to the table if you are already aligning the face.

I do not. I have tried em and have the tendency of pull hooking em for some reason. Grip your 7i and see if you like it!

Sound advice.
Definitely wouldn't put on my sand and lob since you tend to open them up, that would feel really strange.
