It’s a safe assumption that London and Moscow would be radically different.
If the Nazis create it in say 1943, Japan would be an afterthought for us. They would have nuked London and Moscow as soon as possible and could have taken out both Churchill and Stalin. That radically changes things. No D-Day if that happens. Pretty much we’d be relying on Zhukov from there. Hitler could have wiped out communism with one atomic bomb back in those days, so who knows what the frick would happen to Russia if they manage to kill off Stalin and his inner circle.

Due to attrition, offensively the Luftwaffe lost almost all it's long range strategic capabilities by early 1941 and by the end of Barbarossa were already struggling in a tactical capacity.
They weren't long range bombing anyone with nukes in 1943.
