Well, there are plenty of suits on this. Just saw a $26b suit for a "taking" in federal claims. This is going to be complicated though, and its hard to predict one single winner nation wide. These cases sometimes drag out for decades, the NC Map Act suits involving a "taking" is more or less still going on - which started over 30 years ago.... damages are expect to be around $1b.

Like I said, these are complicated matters, the federal and state governments could still be on the hook. This one would potentially be worth $1t plus???
