Not in this country. See previous post about the national court of vaccine injuries. You cannot hold any vaccine maker liable in this country.

Exactly correct. This is not a new development, either. Vaccine manufacturers were granted immunity from liability 35 years ago, by way of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
This probably encompasses the entire lifetime of a lot of posters here, and maybe plus a few years for some.
