You apparently missed my post about i personally posted several times under gold medal times from the 96 Olympics, same month... July of 96, at barely 16 years old. I was 3 full seconds and some change faster than the 200 IM winner, and that cheating bitch was juicing, with a 15-16 age group national ranking in the high single digits. Kicking the dog shite out of the women's Olympic champ barely made me top 10 in that age group There were probably a few 13-14 year olds faster than me that summer, and a bunch of 17-18 year olds. Olympic champ wasn't finishing top 50 vs US age group boys back then. I imagine more kids participate in track than my sport. It's hard to truly for sure, just it is definitely way more than 10. 150 sounds high, but i have little doubt that 100+ is doable, especially since that flojo standard is unchanged for 3+ decades.
