Just looked at women's olympic boxing page (first time for everything). The top weight for female boxers is "middleweight" which is 152-165.
So under the OP's criteria you'd be boxing 152-165 lb women. Probably still kick your arse but from a weight, strength, reach standpoint they might struggle against a large man with any sort of boxing background. Non-boxing/amateur man would have to knock them out though, because they'd be able to win on points in the third round when you are sucking wind.
