We had MTV from pretty much the beginning. I don't think we even watched another channel for a few years. My favorite thing from the very early years was when they showed live concerts on Saturday night.

When I had Cox cable, there was a channel called Palladia which played nothing but concerts. I really liked that channel but cut the cord and have not found a replacement.
