I got caught in the traffic near Laplace. Once I saw state police running down the interstate with weapons drawn, I turned my engine off, locked my doors and scooted down in my seat . Stayed parked for two hours. Left Kenner at 10:45 and got home to Gonzales at 1:30 this morning.
