I plan to watch it from my balcony whenever it launches - as I do all FL launches. If the launch is scrubbed due to weather, it might be rescheduled 24-48 hours later (Sat-Sun). If a technical issue w/the vehicle causes a scrub, the delay could be weeks or months until the anomaly is understood and resolved or deemed to be an acceptable risk.

ULA has 144 consecutive successful launches in part due to their rigorous weather condition constraints. ULA, Boeing, Aerojet-Rocketdyne, and NASA have tremendous financial investments in this mission and will not launch until all technical and weather issues are "go".
