I tend to agree with the OP here but with an addition, there are many democrats who get pregnant so they'll have something to kill. Gleefully

Am I thinking too deep about whether the question is whether dims accidentally sometimes mate with the opposite sex resulting in accidental pregnancies, or that they sometimes have failed abortions, because in the latter case, it seems the accident lies with their muh women's healthcare provider, who is most likely a dim anyway?

Republicans have way more kids and it is our most powerful strength. We should never betray the value of making babies and being a constructive presence in their life. Democrats have embraced abortion, birth control, shame about themselves, shame about reproducing due to "climate crisis", homosexuality,insufferable feminists, and meaningless sex if they actually have it and therefore have way fewer children. I have known multiple left leaning men who have had vasectomies because they saw it as a moral thing to do and global warming. Nothing could be more weak minded than getting punked into sterility and voluntarily giving up your reproductive ability.
I think it is more like: Democrats have a deprivation mentality that sees a world with limited resources and possibilities, and therefore values death as a way to increase everyone's prosperity. Republicans see a limitless world where everyone can have what they want and have all their needs met, with endless potential and prosperity, and values giving life as much as possible because that is what matters most
