weird this is not my experience. i have the mid tier bosch. supposedly all bosch models have the exact same cleaning system. the difference is the type of drying and extra features (3rd rack, etc.). got the one i did because of third rack and drying feature. i much prefer it to the old heating element drying system because i can put plastic on the bottom

If you click my link then read the first review on Houz’s two links, he says the same, but he finds that the Benchmark is a significant step up in cleaning capability.
