I just watched most of his testimony LINK He speaks of treatment of covid and how our country was/is a cluster frick of how to treat CV-19.
Anyone can agree with this. He is very smart and makes 100% sense in a political world that lacks common sense.
I didn't see him call the vaccine poison in the testimony. I trust NC_Tigah and Tiguar on this.

He addresses this in the interview posted in the OP. Testimony was in March, and he says with every passing month, as more data is released, he warns against it.
He specifically calls it poison in the interview I posted not in his testimony that you watched .
