I doubt Hyperbaric oxygen would be of any benefit three years after a hypoxic/anoxic brain injury. Maybe three days, but not three years. Intensive rehab is no use if there are not any purposeful movements and no carryover. Unless it’s just for a few days to teach family pressure relief, how to use a hoyer lift, etc. Have they tried any medications such as amantadine, aricept, Ritalin, provigil?

That isn't true. Hbot has helped many people even years later and the hbot specialist even agreed it can still help him now. 8 weeks of treatment were already paid. There is no reason not to do it. Josh is very alert and responsive and everyone who sees him agrees.
