re: Good hardwire kit for Viofo a129?

There's a couple options. The hardwire kit is only REALLY needed if you are going to use the parking feature on the camera. If you aren't, they make an adapter that plugs into the rear view mirror for a USB power supply. This is what I sued for my a129. I have the hardwire kit, but used the adapter for now. I may or may not use the hardwire kit. haven't decided.

You'd have to check and see if they make one for your vehicle (assuming you have a powered rear view mirror). This is the piece I bought:

Side note: The a129 will accept a 512GB micro SD if the firmware is updated. I have NOT been able to get mine to connect to the android app that VIOFO has.
