I have worked in hospitals pre-Covid that required those opting out of flu shots to wear a mask during flu season.
Not pushing any agendas just mentioning what I have experienced in professional life.

Some one will die if they wear a N95 mask for an 8 hour shift. It amazes me that basically all OSHA regulations for masks have been thrown out the window. There are reasons someone has to have a physical and fit test to wear a mask and reasons for time limits on mask wearing.
