1. 84 year old woman gets her daughter (an only child) to move in with her to "take care of her.' The daughter is married so husband comes along. Woman immediately files a fake claim that her "son in law abused" her. This was daughter's third husband as the previous two were run off by her mother.

Mother was a man hater. Daughter finally told her mom to go to hell and never came back. Mom can't live by herself so off to the nursing home she went.

2. Elderly woman here had a small but good case. She ran off 6-7 lawyers because she was so mean.

3. Woman in her 70s has a grandson with some serious felony drug issues. She comes to court in a sleeveless blouse and blue jean shorts. Bailiff asks her to wait in the hall because of her attire. She creates a scene talking about how it is a "bullshite court." Her behavior kept the DA from giving the kid a better deal.

A mean, white trash woman in her 40's does not usually get to be a nice woman as she gets older.

I am in no way condoning the attack. It is a societal concern that employees assaults against customers seems to be increasing.

But, that does not mean that the customer was some sweet little old lady who was nice as she could be to the clerk (which seems to be an assumption here). The photo taking seems pretty damn Karen to me.
