The game was a step in a new and what I think can be a good direction..
quote:Agree as well. With that i want specific new weapons/tools that are only unlocked in those temples. (For example the Hookshot from OoT and such)
the shine aspect used to make up for the lack of world dungeons/temples is terrible. The divine beast were a total fricking let down. Just no real atmosphere. I donno it just didn’t feel right and 100 mini puzzles with the same vibe..isn’t going to fix that for me.

I don’t even care if they keep shrines. Just give us the temples and dungeons. They had the perfect world for it and they failed.
My hope is that they have had a multiple game setup planned. And that game 1 (BoTW) was more dealing with "man made" stuff shrines, divine beast, guardians. Hopefully BoTW2 will be more focused on more "natural" things. Like temples of old times (forest temple and all, and yes i know temples arent naturally made. But i mean even more ancient than the shrines)
Im sure its prolly a long shot. But im hoping thats the route they go.
