i really dont care who starts to be honest but i hope they split time 50-50 this game instead of about 65-35....i think Lee will have the better numbers by the end of the year and i want them to play the same tomorrow..ok im ready for all yall talking trash about me now.

Lee looked great on swing passes, hitting backs coming out of the backfield, when he knew exactly what he needed to do with the ball and didnt have to wait for anything to develop. When he dropped back in the pocket, he looked nervous and locked his eyes on one receiver. Tons of potential, hopefully PT will take care of these problems.

Did you see the first game? Lee looked like sh!t!

I will say he has more up side but I don't think he should be starting over Hatch at this point which isn't good since Hatch pretty much is below average at best.

Does anyone else think that SEC play will be absolutely horrendous for both QBs?

I think we struggle with our first 2-3 SEC games in the passing department, but it gets much improved after this.

Sorry, but I just don't think it will happen. I can't see them giving Lee more playing time after the first game. Now, if we start running away with it, then I can see him coming in earlier. I'd like to see them both throw the ball a little more. It's just hard to do that when you've got Chuckles destroying D-lines. We'll air it out at Auburn...at least I hope so.

Hatch has the experience and looks better IMO.

Hatch(forgot his first name) should start.

Go LSU Tigers!

he's got all the tools to be a great QB and an incredibly good passer here at LSU. He's just got those nerves that cause him to lock in on a guy. It happens to everyone at his age.

I hate how ppl have been bringin up the 2-3 picks he almost threw. To be fair, Hatch easily could have had 2, maybe 3, and the leading INT QB's we've had over the past few years have been 1) Matt Mauck and 2) Matt Flynn.

I just want to see him run the offense the way hatch did. Hatch controls things VERY well. If Lee can do the same, he is our best shot at an SEC title.

why does it matter if Lee starts or not, they will both play, and will split time throughout the season, at the least, Hatch plays a role similar to what Perrilloux did last year. But will prob be 60-40. And what was it you took from last week to think Lee deserves it over Hatch? Who's to say the team couldn't be more successful with Hatch?
I'm not siding with either QB, but to say 1 should be the definite full time QB for us based off what we've seen is moronic.

He's gotta get JJ some reps. Lee did NOT look good on swing passes as in he missed 15 yd gains and tried to go downfield into coverage MANY times.

Hatch did't look great but looked better in that game. Lee could only run from one set which will keep him from playing a ton against AU unless he learns more.

sounds like the last two QB's we had that won us a NC.

And that is pretty exaggerated IMHO. He didn't miss a single swing pass. The only thing i'll agree on was going into coverage-- chalk it up to first game jitters.

When he gets confident, we'll all come around

The fact that Lee had better stats in less time than Hatch the first game?

Come again?

I think Hatch should start. He has more experience than Jarred Lee.

Nothing is wrong with an opinion.
