Well after 800 hours on the belt it finally gave way. Been looking on the net about how to do it but not finding much. Any idea how difficult it is to change the mower belt?
Thanks for any help and advice.

It is the deck belt.
I tried the youtube route and couldn't find anything that revolved around the ZG 23.
About to go get a belt. The parts guys said it isn't the worst to change but it isn't the easiest either. Basically said it's more of a pain to do than it is difficult.
No telling what the Kubota folks would charge to do it?
Thanks!

ok, with deck belts in general, its normally simple, you just losen the idler pulleys so the belt can be slipped off and sometimes the spindle pulley guards hold the belt in place and those also need a bolt removed on one side so it turns enough to be able to slip the belt off.
its not hard at all but the deck needs to be slid out from under the mower to do it

There should be a diagram in the owner's manual ...you still have that don't you?
